We offer exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and unlimited miles on all of our current model motorcycles. We are conveniently located half way between the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood International and West Palm Beach Airports.

American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals was founded in March of 2007 by Jack and Rhonda Culligan. Jack has been a city of Boca Raton firefighter for the past 18 years. He was also the former rental manager at Bruce Rossmeyer's Harley Davidson shops of Pompano and Ft. Lauderdale as well as the Rider's Edge program manager.

For several years, Jack and Rhonda had the vision of owning their own Harley Davidson Rental facility and through many trials and tribulations, they were finally able to make that dream become a reality.

Rental Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have valid motorcycle endorsement from state or country of permanent residence.
• $1,000 security deposit authorized on your credit card at pickup. The deposit is held and upon return of an undamaged motorcycle, with no citations, the deposit is released from hold status within 7 - 10 business days.
• $20 per day MANDATORY insurance, which includes comprehensive, collision, liability and medical insurance.
  INSURANCE COVERAGES ARE VALID FOR A 24 HOUR PERIOD OF TIME ONLY. THEREFORE, YOU MUST RETURN THE MOTORCYCLE ON TIME. IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS PROTECTED, AMERICAN EAGLE MOTORCYCLE RENTALS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSURE YOU FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAY IF YOU ARE LATE. THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CONTRACT.
• Passengers MUST be present at time of rental to sign a release of liability.

What's included:

• Unlimited mileage on a current year Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
• Helmet that meets DOT specifications for passenger and rider. Rain gear available upon request.
• Secure, ample short-term luggage storage is provided at the rental location for you to stow your belongings while on the road.
• 24-hour emergency roadside assistance is provided for towing, jump-starting, and fuel delivery services, if needed.
• Cable Locks
• All Motorcycles are serviced and maintained by factory Certified Technician according to Motor Company standards.

What's not included:

Collision Damage Waiver - additional $20 per day optional

If the renter purchases the CDW from the rental operator his/her deductible is $2,000.00 and that is all he/she will be responsible for in the event that the motorcycle is stolen or damaged. If renter declines the CDW, and the motorcycle damages exceed $2,000, there is a possibility that you could be responsible for the entire value of the motorcycle loss.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are not required, but recommended. All reservations require a non-refundable $150 deposit. The $150 deposit will be applied to the rental rate at time of pick-up.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled pick up time or renter will forfeit their deposit. No Shows: If the renter does not pick up their reserved bike by 4 hours past the reservation pick-up time, the bike may be rented to another person and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
 

• IF MOTORCYCLE IS RETURNED MORE THAN ONE HOUR AFTER SCHEDULED RENTAL TIME, A LATE FEE OF $50 PER HOUR WILL BE APPLIED.
• NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS OR UNDESIRABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
• ALL RENTALS MUST BE PICKED UP OR RETURNED A MINIMUM OF ONE HOUR BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE STORE.

RATES DO NOT APPLY DURING ANY BIKE EVENTS

HALF DAY RENTALS (4 hour period)

SUNSET RENTALS (4:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.)

• Valid motorcycle license endorsement
• 10% discount to all HOG members (not valid on 4 hour rental and cannot be combined with any other offers)
• Prices exclude tax and additional coverages
• Rental agent reserves the right to substitute another model based on availability
• CANCELLATION POLICY: we require 48 hours advance notice to cancel without penalty. If you cannot provide 48-hour notice or you do not show up for your confirmed reservation you will be charged a $100.00 fee
